2006 Arctic 650 V-Twin. Looking for some help as ive messed with this carb so many times im back to square one. Looking for somebody to take measurements/picture's of thier stock carb set up. Need the following: For idle screw when setting the RPM the throttle opening space? 0.20mm or 1/8th For throttle cable book calls for 1/4' but cant seem to get the sweet spot.

The synchronizing screw somebody has to have a stock one with it untouched. I know when synchronizing the carbs you first get the idle screw set and the throttle. But i cant get the vacuum on both my slides to sync. Tried the home made manogram, swapping needles and slides. And polishing everything so no dirt or grease is in the slide channel.

Pictures are included of what im looking. Cant find anywhere on the internet and or a step my step process. The manual just gives me the Pilot air screw and i have them set in the carb. Front being 2- 1/4 turns and rear at 2-1/2 turns from seated as manual calls for. Even if somebody can give me a rough step by step on getting this quad back to running condition.

Side note: compression is 60psi front and 63psi rear. Ive only messed with the throttle cable, sync screw and pilot screw. Brokenstone 08:31 PM. The compression on the rear cylinder seems really low. Or maybe it's the front it has a compression release so the unnumbers should be different.
