It turns out that there's only 1 copy of this solution manual, typed but not electronic. He wrote it with his father and originally intended to publish it but the publisher for the actual textbook 'Mathematical Statistics: Basic Ideas and Selected Topics, Vol I (2nd Edition)' went out of business.so the plan never went through. He gave the sole copy of the solution manual to his father and he says that he will look for it and email/call me back as soon as he finds it. I can give you the contact information to Dr. Marc Sobel that I used to speak to him over the phone. That way, you can leave your phone number/email with him and he can let you know as soon as he finds the copy of the solution manual.
